School nutrition directors, food service buyers, educators, and Farm to School advocates will be in attendance — all ready to discover new vendors and build relationships with local producers.
You’ll make connections, share your story, and help shape the future of school food programs across the state.
There’s no fee to participate, but space is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to apply early.

Note: Your participation is not confirmed until all required documents are submitted, reviewed, and approved.
Any exhibitors offering samples of food products will be asked to complete a liability waiver provided by the venue and submit a Certificate of Insurance (COI). Food samples must be individually wrapped, have allergens clearly marked, and be given out free of charge. The venue will not provide heating, cooling, or storage for food.
Each exhibitor will be provided with an 8’x8′ booth space, complete with a 6-foot table and two chairs, giving you space to showcase your products, share educational materials, and create an inviting display that captures attendees’ attention.
