Through our new Lunch180 initiative, the FDACS Division of Food, Nutrition and Wellness (FNW) is empowering School Nutrition Professionals across Florida to create nutritiously balanced school meals everyone loves using our comprehensive Lunch180 Cookbook and training videos.

To build our new interactive education and training resources, we began a statewide search for the best school meal recipes that highlight local and regional foods, along with Florida’s own seasonal commodities.
Winning recipes are not just simple and delicious – but student approved – and have been USDA standardized as part of our new Lunch180 Cookbook.
When more students eat school lunch, we all win.
