We are excited to invite Florida farmers and producers to participate in the Farmers Market Expo at the 2025 Florida Farm to School Conference on Thursday, March 6, 2025, in Orlando, FL.

This event connects businesses like yours with school nutrition professionals, educators and stakeholders passionate about Farm to School initiatives. The best part? There is no cost to participate! This opportunity is first come, first served, so make sure to sign up as soon as possible.
What You’ll Receive
As an exhibitor, you’ll have a 10’x10’ space with a 6-foot table and chairs to display your products, promote your mission and engage with attendees.
How to Apply
To be considered, you must share the following information within our Farmers Market Expo application:
- Contact Information: Your name, email and phone number.
- Business Details: Organization name, address, description and a vector file of your logo (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG).
- Acknowledgment of Space Guidelines: Agree to rules regarding displays and prohibited items.
- Food Sampling (if applicable):
- Liability Waiver: Download, complete and upload the waiver (available in the application).
- Certificate of Insurance (COI): Upload with at least $1 million coverage.
- Additional Agreement: Acknowledge terms for public records and event policies.
- Signature: Finalize your application with an electronic signature.
Please note that participation is not confirmed until all required documents are submitted and reviewed.
