R.C. Hatton Farms Honored with Inaugural Growing the Future Award

On Friday, March 7, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services awarded R.C. Hatton Farms the inaugural Florida Farm to School Growing the Future Award. This award recognizes R.C. Hatton Farms’ visionary leadership and inspirational work in conjunction with the Farm to School initiative.

R.C. Hatton Farms was nominated for this prestigious award by Jeannine Rizzo and Denisse Conway with The School District of Palm Beach County School Food Service Department.

“Their exceptional partnership with the Florida Farm to School initiative and their unwavering dedication to agriculture education have made them an indispensable force in inspiring and empowering the next generation of students and educators,” said Rizzo and Conway.

On hand at the annual Florida Farm to School Conference to receive the award were Paul Allen, co-owner, and Charlie Hogan, food services sales director for R.C. Hatton Farms. Congratulations R.C. Hatton Farms!
